We use only high-quality, pet-safe products tailored to each individual pet’s needs. If your pet has any allergies or sensitivities, let us know, and we’ll make sure to accommodate.
The time varies based on your pet’s size, coat condition, and grooming package. Most sessions take between 1 to 2 hours. We’ll keep you updated on the estimated time when you drop off your pet.
We recommend leaving your pet for the duration of the grooming session so they can relax and feel at ease. Pets can sometimes feel stressed by the presence of their owners, so we want to make their experience as calm as possible.
Just bring your pet! We provide everything else, from grooming tools to shampoos. If your pet has any specific needs (e.g., a favourite blanket), feel free to bring it along.
Yes! We love grooming pets of all ages. We take extra care with puppies and senior pets to ensure their comfort and safety during the grooming process.

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, just give us a call or send an email at least 24 hours before your appointment, and we’ll happily accommodate you.
